Craig and Julie Campbell own a real estate company based in Bondurant, Iowa (northeast of Des Moines). Their company purchases houses that need work and then rehabs them. They are also real estate agents with Iowa Realty with Julie primarily listing and selling houses. They are active members of the Iowa Real Estate Investors Association (IAREIA).
Bob Zachmeier was born in Mandan, North Dakota and has been a landlord since 1982, but currently lives in Tucson, AZ where he and his wife, Camille have built a substantial residual income from real estate notes. Bob and his wife Camille started Win3 Realty on a bar napkin and have sold more than 4,000 homes in the past 13 years. He is a member of the Arizona Real Estate Association (AZREIA).
Dave Short has been working in the real estate industry for 45 years and is one of the top agents in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over the last 5 years he has flipped 200 houses in central Indiana. He is a graduate of Indiana University and a member of the Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association, where he holds a monthly meetup called “Dinner & Deals with Dave.” In his spare time, he plays golf and is a semi-professional tournament poker player.
Ryan Basye was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. After stints in Minnesota and Colorado he moved back to his hometown during the 2005 real estate downturn. He now lives with his wonderful wife, Ali, and their three girls. He convinced her to “flip” their first house together which was a huge success. Ryan works full-time at Nebraska Realty and owns several other real estate inspired businesses. In addition, Ryan owns and runs a real estate non-profit called On Deck Housing. Ryan is a member of Omaha REIA, in Omaha, Nebraska.
Allison Koetsier is an Associate Broker with Compass Realty Services who helps real estate investors meet their investment goals. A rental property owner and real estate investor herself for more than 20 years, Allison owns almost 100 units in Grand Rapids, Coopersville, and Sturgis, Michigan.
